Article 2 (Restriction on use)
In using Data, you shall comply with the following restrictions:
(i) unless expressly permitted in the Article1, you shall not copy, transfer, extract, process, update, adapt, send, or otherwise use Data in whole or in part.
(ii) You shall not permit any third party to use Data (including any copies or abstraction thereof), whether for free or for fee, or by any manner such as assignment, sublicense or data transmission.

IN NO EVENT WILL Nagato city BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Nagato city HEREUNDER, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST REVENUE OR PROFIT, AND SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. Nagato city SHALL BE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ALL EXPENSES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY ANY PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING DATA.
Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For maintainance and inspection of Website on a regular basis, Nagato city can temporarily suspend all or part of provision of Data on Website.
4.2 If any of the following cases happen, Nagato city may temporarily suspend all or part of the provision of Data on Website without giving prior notice to you:
(i) In case of urgent maintenance and inspection of Website;
(ii) In the event that management of Website became impossible due to accidents such as fire and blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or other event of force majeure;
(iii) Nagato city judges that temporary interruption of management of Website is necessary due to operational or technical reasons; or
(iv) When the operation of Website becomes impossible due to obstacles etc. of Website.
4.3 Nagato city may terminate provision of Website at any time and at Nagato city ’s sole discretion.
Article 5 (General Terms)
Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, but without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
Article 6 (Language)
This Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both in Japanese and English languages.
If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between Japanese and English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 長門市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．長門市は、長門市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

＜洪水に関する情報＞
●浸水想定区域(想定最大規模:おおむね1000年に一度の水害)は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを指定した区域です。
この地図に表示している河川はん濫による浸水想定区域は、県が実施した浸水予測シミュレーションの結果をもとに、想定されるはん濫区域を重ね合わせたものです。
注）この地図に示した浸水想定区域や土砂災害のおそれのある箇所以外でも浸水が発生する場合がありますので注意してください。
＜洪水に関する情報＞
●浸水想定区域(計画規模:おおむね50年に1度の水害)は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを指定した区域です。
この地図に表示している河川はん濫による浸水想定区域は、県が実施した浸水予測シミュレーションの結果をもとに、想定されるはん濫区域を重ね合わせたものです。
注）この地図に示した浸水想定区域や土砂災害のおそれのある箇所以外でも浸水が発生する場合がありますので注意してください。
＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として山口県が指定する区域です。
●注）この地図に示した土砂災害（特別）警戒区域以外でも土砂災害が発生する場合がありますので、注意してください。
※ハザードマップが作成されていない地域についても、今後、山口県の実施する基礎調査・指定に伴い追加します。
